Forward PT is an outpatient physical therapy practice specializing in physical therapy and exercise prescription for neuromusculoskeletal conditions and chronic disease (cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, arthritis, dementias). FPT is in-network with medicare and many major insurance companies and works with all workers' compensation insurances. In most cases, a referral is not needed in order to use your insurance. Common conditions/body regions treated include: pre and post surgical care (total joint replacements, sport surgeries, etc), neck-shoulder, elbow-wrist-hand, back-hip, knee, foot-ankle. FPT physical therapists' have doctoral degrees and work with (not for) all other healthcare groups in the area. This group sets the highest standard in physical therapy.
