We hear so often about people wanting to learn the science behind the Macaron. In fact, it’s always been our fastest selling class! How do I make the perfect meringue? What even IS meringue? What type of flour do I use? Why don’t my macarons have feet? WHAT ARE FEET?!

You’ve got questions and Shawn’s got answers. We’re teaming up with our friends at Delta Beer Lab for our first Baking Science hang-out. Come have a beer with us at DELTA and learn about Macarons.
