Oktoberfest Dinner at Hop Haus

Hop Haus Brewing Co.'s dinner pairing events in Fitchburg are back! Wednesday, September 28 at 6:00pm they will start up our dinner pairings after the summer break. The theme will be Oktoberfest. 

Cost is $50/person and please book with your group if possible or use the "special instructions" section during check out to let them know who you'd like to sit with.

Course 1: House made German pretzel with sauces, mustard & herbs

Course 2: Plaid Panther Bratwurst & house-made sauerkraut

Course 3: German baked cod with mustard cream

Course 4: Sauerbraten and spaetzle, jus

Course 5: German Chocolate Cake
