Back in May, we brewed a rye lager with our good friends at Stalzy's Deli and Bakery - what's a rye lager you ask? Well, this medium bodied lager pours deep copper and features aromas of toast, toffee, and figs. Its medium to low bitterness is accentuated by a rye spiciness, balanced by a graham cracker malt profile, and finishes dry.
