Join Sam, Jon, and James at Four Winds Farm as they present a 5-course tasting menu with beverage pairings bookended by fireside fonduski. “Le Chalet” is an Apres Ski in the Midwest theme that features cuisine inspired by the Alps (regions like Jura/Savoie/Vallee d’Aosta), and all the beverages will be alpine wines or spirits.

Jon Nodler is a James Beard semi-finalist, and opened Food & Wine’s Best New Restaurant (2019), Cadence, along with his wife, Sam Kincaid. Jon is now the Culinary Director of Rule No. One Hospitality and Chef Partner at Amara. James Juedes is a local sommelier as well as Director of Wine and Guest Relations for Rule No. One Hospitality as well as a partner of Amara.
