Brian Lee, APR, is the president of Revelation PR, Advertising & Social Media and Revelation Events as well as a part-time instructor on social media and an entrepreneur-in-residence at Madison Area Technical College. He has been named to InBusiness Magazine’s “40 Under 40” list and as PRSA-Madison’s Communicator of the Year, while Revelation has earned a Dane County Small Business Award.

Brian earned his Accreditation in Public Relations (APR) in 2011 and a certificate in reputation management in 2017. In 2015, he was selected to join the State of Wisconsin’s Center for Business Intelligence (a part of the National Center for Economic Gardening) as a digital marketing specialist who works with second-stage companies throughout the state.

A serial entrepreneur, Brian is the editor-in-chief of Madison Startups, an online publication that covers startup news in town. He also runs EatDrinkMadison.com, a Madison, Wis., restaurant and bar guide that is searchable by amenities, and he hosted a restaurant TV show on the local CW affiliate called “Open Seating.”

Brian graduated from UW-Madison with a degree in journalism and major in strategic communications. He is currently pursuing an MBA from Sam Houston State University.
