5 Elements Dance

On a Thursday, near the new moon in Spring and the full moon in Fall, put on our dancing shoes and join Perennial Yoga to dance outdoors in their semi-secluded garden space next to a wide open prairie. Move your body and breath under the setting sun and rising moon, among the trees, and spurred on by fire. There are no specific moves or a “right” way to do it. Everyone moves in their own way. It's enlivening, joyful and centering and you'll leave feeling a kindred connection to yourself, other humans and the natural world.
